Preparing for Rio+20

Outcome messages from B4E Global Summit will be presented into Rio+20 in June.

Themed “Collaborate, Innovate, Act – Delivering the Green Economy”, the B4E Global Summit 2012 in Berlin will define the role of business as innovator and implementer of solutions for a sustainable world.

Delegates will also discuss how policies can help to accelerate sustainable development.

All outcomes and concluded policy recommendations, as well as renewed business commitments will be presented to key decision makers in June at the B4E @ Rio+20 event, titled ‘Big Ideas for a Sustainable Future’.

In this half-day event, presentations by renowned visionaries and world leaders on their ‘Big Ideas’ will bring inspiration on what can be done to make a substantial impact on the future.

In an effort to spread the global vision, the ‘Big Ideas for a Sustainable Future’ will also be transmitted through a media campaign on CNN under the same theme.

The campaign will be carried through a website, social media and a published book for distribution in Rio+20.
